The households with the highest income in the country are in Sinaloa, where the richest families have resources of $ 61,000 on average per year, just over one million pesos.

 Image result for the Mochis This figure is 60 percent higher than the average in the country in that segment, which added about 38 thousand 743 dollars throughout 2015, an amount equivalent to 646 thousand 270 pesos, which corresponds to 10 percent of households with the highest income, according to data from the 2015 Socioeconomic Conditions Module, prepared by INEGI.

However, Sinaloa not only stands out as the state with the richest families in Mexico, it is also the entity with the highest income inequality.

While a family of the first decile receives income of around three thousand 100 pesos per month, the households of the last decile earn almost 86 thousand pesos per month, an amount that frames a difference of 27 times compared to the income of lower income households.

We conducted surveys to different people of Los Mochis, asking how much money they got monthly, the results are shown in the following graph, where it is understandable that of the lowest salaries, women predominate, and men are more those who receive a high pay.

Several of the families receive support from the government, 80% of the people have a university education level. Below is a graph with the number of people receiving assistance from the government, and the help given to them.
